We ate so well there today and from the looks of everyone else, they did as well. My tagliata steak was done perfectly! I don't think I can forget the taste!

They eat here in the Green Heart of Italy a thick white flat bread over here known simply as Torta. Umbria is known for its wild boar and liver paté. And for its truffles.
🇭🇰🍜🐮乾炒牛河 GONCHAO NGAOHOR is s 🇭🇰🍜🐮乾炒牛河 GONCHAO NGAOHOR is s popular Cantonese Chinese dish. It's stir fried fresh Horfan rice noodles with beef in a savoury sweet dark sauce. But it is very difficult to replicate this dish in Europe where fresh Horfan noodles are not common. Dried rice noodles are too brittle and they cannot withstand stir-frying. But luckily I have discovered a method to use dried rice noodles to make this wonderful Gonchao Ngaohor!

🇧🇪 乾炒牛河 GONCHAO NGAOHOR is een populair Kantonese Chinese gerecht. Het zijn roergebakken verse Horfan rijstnoedels met rundvlees in een hartige zoete donkere saus. Maar het is erg moeilijk om dit gerecht in Europa te creëren, waar verse Horfan noedels niet beschikbaar zijn. Gedroogde rijstnoedels zijn te bros en kunnen niet tegen roerbakken. Maar gelukkig heb ik een methode ontdekt om gedroogde rijstnoedels te gebruiken om deze heerlijke Gonchao Ngaohor te maken!
