I’ve started drinking a glass of hot lime juice drink first thing every morning. Basically, it’s juice from one green lime, mixed with hot water. Nope, no sugar. I’ve a friend who swears by it and is never sick, because of that. What do you think? Will this help to give you a much needed Vitmain C boost or is it too acidic for your system in the morning?
