You don’t always have to cook tofu. They are cooked anyway. Cold tofu are fantastic on those cool summer nights when you crave for something light and healthy.

These are great with rice congee or cold soba noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slab silken tofu
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 stocks of coriander

Steps

  1. Take your tofu out of the fridge. Cut up your silken tofu and carefully put it on a plate that can hold liquid, otherwise use a bowl.
  2. Take a bowl and mix all the sauces together, including the sugar. Once well mixed, pour it over the tofu.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve.
